Notes: The 338 Almeria Avenue house in Granada was built in 1909. It was one of the first houses in the town. It was built on spec as a hotel by Charles Hudson, but he changed his mind and rented it out. Frank Hancock was the first resident; he rented and lived in the house with his family for one or more years.

The left photo shows the 338 Almeria house in its more recent 2004 condition. The middle photo shows the yard and the barn. The right photo shows the ocean view out of the second story window.

Frank and his family still resided in Napa as of Christmas 1911. They apparently then left Napa after 25 Dec 1911 and could have immediately rented the 338 Almeria residence.
Frank apparently bought property on 2 Jun 1911 in the Granada area (per Source 689). However, since Frank was a carpenter, the new property may have been vacant land upon which Frank intended to build a house. If so, he would have continued to rent the 338 Almeria residence.
Frank resided in "North Granada" in Aug 1913 according to his daughter's wedding invitation. The 338 Almeria address is in the northern part of Granada. Thus, he may have still resided at 338 Almeria in the latter half of 1913.
The 1920 census indicates that Frank resided in rented property at an unrecorded address in the Denniston Precinct — which was in the North Granada area.
The 1930 census indicates that Frank resided in owned property at an unrecorded address in El Granada.
The 1940 census indicates that Frank resided in owned property at in El Granada.
The 1950 census indicates that Frank resided in owned property at an unrecorded address in El Granada.

The exact addresses where Frank and Carrie resided from 1920 to 1951/1952 remains to be determined. When Frank died in 1951 he and Carrie were living at "Alemia Street" per his death certificate. However, "Alemia" may be a misspelling of "Almeria". Carrie vacated their last house in 1952.
