Notes: Thomas' wife, Anna Eliza Fleming, was born in Kenton County in 1845 and died at Covington
on 1 Jan 1921. She and Thomas had one son, Robert Lee Bird, who was born at
Nicholson in Kenton County on 20 Nov 1863. They had a daughter, Effie May Bird,
who died unmarried in Covington at the age of 25.
Their son Robert became a M.D. and had a medical and surgical practice in Covington
for many decades.
