The Marriage Index includes two entries for each marriage:  one under the name of the husband and one under the name of the wife.  Both entries have identical Book and Page numbers.

I scanned the above Marriage Index and found five pairs of husband and wife marriage entries related to Coleman family members for whom I previously had no or unsubstantiated marriage information.  The table at the left summarizes my findings.

Book A is the oldest book.  It is reported to cover marriages from 1850 to 1872.

Note:  The Marriage Index was compiled in 1996 by the members of the Napa Valley Genealogical and Biographical Society.  The surname spelling errors at the left (for example, Colman should be Coleman and Gudmunsen should be Gudmundsen) are present in the Index produced by the Society.
