Notes: By 1924, Charles and Alice Hildebrand had moved to 842 N. Las Palmas, Los
Angeles. Here they are found in the 1930 census. Charles is still working
for the railroad company. In the 1940 USA census, Charles is a signalman for the
railroad, and their house has a value of $3,000. The house was built in 1923,
and is currently a duplex, with 1,808 Sq, ft. In 1944, the year that Charles died,
they were living at 920 S. Olive Avenue, Los Angeles. |
