Click to enlarge Click to enlarge Click to enlarge Notes:  Vida was born 25 Jul 1902, probably in Dickerson, New England Twp., Hettinger County, North Dakota.  Her parents were Andrew F. Noble and Nellie S. Griswold.  In the 1910 U.S. census, she was living with her parents and two younger brothers, Maurice, born in 1904, and Kenneth, born in 1906, in the New England Twp.

In the 1915 North Dakota State census, the family was living in Mott, Hettinger County, North Dakota.  Her younger sisters Nellie had been born in 1911, and Virginia in 1915.  They were all reported in Mott in the 1920 U.S. census.  In the 1925 North Dakota State census, Vida was no longer living at home.

In the 1930 U.S. census, at age 26, Vida was a boarder in the home of James Howell, in Hettinger City, Adams, North Dakota.  She was teaching in the public schools.

Vida married Milo C. Richardson sometime before 1933.  Their daughter was born about 1934.  In the 1940 U.S. census, Vida, Milo, and their daughter, age 7, were living with his parents in Hettinger, Adams, North Dakota.  Vida had completed 3 years of college.  The couple had one additional child at a later date.

At some point in time, Vida and Milo lived at 503 6th Ave. N., Hettinger.  In 1946, she visited the Noble branch of the family living in Alhambra.  Milo died 3 Jan 1974.  Vida's last residence was in Hettinger, Adams, North Dakota, where she died 11 Apr 1996 at the age of 93.  A Service of Remembrance was held 16 Apr 1996 at the First Congregational-United Church of Christ, Hettinger, the Pastor Peggy Harris, officiating. Vida is buried alongside her husband in the Hettinger Cemetery, Hettinger, North Dakota.
