Notes:  According to family sources, Alda Mae Bradshaw was born 23 Mar 1923 in Parowan, Iron, Utah.  She was the fifth of nine children of Rufus Bradshaw amd Ona Agolda Decker.  Her older siblings were Marel Decker, born Dec 1917; Von R., Feb 1921; Noma, Oct 1923; and Alice Marie, Aug 1925. In the 1930 U.S. census, Alda M. was living with her family on Main Street in Parowan, Utah, Nevada.  Her father Rufus, 36, was a laborer doing odd jobs.  Her mother Ona, 32, was listed as wife.  The children were Marel, 12, Vaughan, 9, Norma, 6, Marie, 4, Alda M., 3, and Dewain, 11 months, born in May 1929. . The oldest three children attended school. In the 1940 U.S. census, Alda Mae was living with her family in Delemar Village, Caliente, Lincoln, Nevada.  Her father, 46, was a miner, working on his own account, and had completed 7th grade.  Her mother Ona, 42, had completed 8th grade.  The family was renting their residence for $5.00 per month.  The children at home were Van R., 19, 2 years of high school, new worker; Norma, 16, 2 years of high school, new worker; Alice M., 15, 1 year of high school; Alda Mae, 13, 6 years of school; Duane, 10, 4 years of school; Floyd, 9, 3 years of school; and Iona, 1.  Alda Mae, Duane, and Floyd were still attending school. According to family sources, Alda Mae Bradshaw married Andrew Jackson Blad on 19 May 1944 in Pioche, Lincoln, Nevada.  They had a family of four children.  Alda Mae Blad died 23 Mar 1927 in Las Vegas, Calrk, Nevada.  She was buried in the Panaca Memorial Park, Panaca, Lincoln, Nevada.
