Mrs. Emma de Romandy, widow of the famous Hungarian orchestra leader of that name, who at one time ruled the destinies of the Orpheum instrumentalists, is now a composer.  Some of Mrs. De Romandy's late productions are to be played by Sousa's band when that aggregation visits this city next week.  Several of her efforts were played by the Ellery band last winter.  She has two sons, living with her at the family home at Tenth and Wall streets, and it is said that one of them emulates the violin genius of his father.
