Goumandy Memorial
      The Frances Webb Gallery, 2511 W. Seventh St., will open tomorrow an exhibit of paintings by the late Gounod Romandy.  He was equally well known here as painter and musician.  Colorful landscapes, the subjects often found in the high Sierra, are to be featured in the exhibit, which will continue through Nov. 28.
