Notes: This is the first home that Henry built for his family in 1905. It had 1,300 Sq.ft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, on a 7,412 Sq.ft. lot. The photograph at the near right was taken in March 1909. Both Don and Agnes were born here. The family lived here until their move to 420 North Second Street, just a few blocks north. They are found here in the 1910 and 1920 USA census records, and the 1917 draft registration records. Wilson Avenue was later renamed Atlantic Avenue.

The house was still occupied by other families into the 21st Century as seen by the photograph at the far right. It was last sold in 2000 for $145,000., and in 2024 has an estimated value of $845,176.
