| Notes: In 1900, Wesley J. Parsons and his wife Melissa were living in Fruitmere, Fremont County,
Colorado. Wesley was a carpenter. They had three children, namely Charles,
age 21, Ethel age 11, and Gladys, age 6 years. Also living with the family
was Walter, age 10, a younger brother to Wesley. Enumerated next to them in the
1900 USA census records were two Crosby families, which included a Parsons brother-in-law.
Gladys has the middle name Crosby, thus the families are probably related, and the maiden
surname of her mother Melissa is probably Crosby. |
