Notes: Florence L. Stevenson was born 8 Jun 1899 in Erie, Erie, Pennsylvania. Her parents were Lewis (or Louis) Stevenson and Alda Benson. Lewis had emmigrated from Norway in 1891, and was a day laborer. Alda had emmigrated from Sweden in 1890. Florence was baptised 20 Aug 1899 in the Bethany Lutheran Church, Erie, Pennsylvania.

In the 1900 U.S. census, the Stevenson family was living at 1026 Green Street, in Ward 1 of Erie, Erie, Pennsylvania. It included Lewis, age 36, Alda, 22, and daughters, Ester, 5, Garda (or Yarda), 3, and Florence, 1. Also in the household was Alda's father, Nerse (or John) Bensen, age 54, who had emmigrated from Sweden in 1888, and was a day laborer. Both men were day laborers.

Lewis and Alda had two more children, Oscar and Lucile, and divorced. In the 1910 U.S. census, the family was living in Ward 1 of Erie, Erie, Pennsylvania, but it is unclear if in the same rented residence. The family included Alda Stevenson, 32, Ester, 16, a nurse girl for a private family, Florence, 10, Oscar 8, and Lucile 4. John Benson, 63, was no longer working.

Florence L. Stevenson, 22, married Wilfred L. Baldwin, 26, on 31 Jan 1922 in the Bethany Lutheran Church, Erie, Pennsylvanie. Wilfred was a salesman residing in Pittsburg. According to family reports, she was known as Elsie, and they had no children. Nothing more is known about her, or the marriage.
