This screen has 15 data fields to record education, military, health, and other data on the individual. In this example, Stroke was just selected to be entered in Field 68 as the cause of death for this person. A pop-up window was used select this entry. Many A&D data fields have pop-up windows like this to help you.
This is the fourth of several easy-to-read screens that are available for the input of individual data.
When using A&D, you can press the Tab
key to move back to the first screen
for this individual.
