On 22 May 1929, Jacqueline, 18, married David T. Williams, 22, in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.  His address was given as the S.S. California, occupation radio operator, and hers as 683 E. 60th N., Portland.  In the 1930 U.S. census, Jacqueline, 19, and David, 23, were living in Portland.  David was a radio operator for a steamship company.  Their rent was $35.00. They had one daughter, Diana Mae Williams, and in September 1934 were residing at 5456 Lawton Avenue, Oakland, California.  The marriage ended in divorce about 1937.

In 1938, Jacqueline, using her maiden name Voss, was living at 1209 Hearst in Oakland, California.  She was listed as a clerk.

Jacqueline Williams, 26, of Spokane, Washington, married Darrell S. Victor, 21, of Oakland, California, on 22 Jul 1939 in Stockton, California.  In the 1940 U.S. census, Jacqueline S., 27, and Darrell S. Victor, 42, were living at 462c, Crescent Street in Oakland, California.  She was a seamstress, had earned $600., and had completed four years of high school.  He was an automobile salesman, had earned $2,400., and had completed four years of high school.  Her daughter, Diana M. Williams, 5, was living with them.

On 14 Feb 1942 when Darrell Stuart Victor, 44, registered for the W.W.II draft, the couple was living at 1068 Sterling St., Berkeley, California.  He was employed at Todd California Shipbuilding, in Richmond, Contra Costa County.  This marriage also did not last.

In the 1950 U.S. census, Jacqueline S. Vanhorn, 38, was living in Rosemont, Clackamas, Oregon, with her third husband, Aven A. VanHorn, 53.  No mariage record was found.  Their address was a farm on Clematis Road.  Jacqueline was a presser in a cleaning shop, and Aven was a bartender.  Her daughter was enumerated as Dian M. Vanhorn, 15.  Aven died 4 Aug 1968 in Multnomah County, and is buried in the Willamette National Cemetery.  It is unknown whether they were still married at his death.

Jacqueline was living in Portland in about 1979 when she had a stroke.  She died 6 Sep 1989 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon.
