Notes:  In 1917, Jerry was characterized as being of medium height and medium build, with grey eyes and light brown hair and no disabilities.  At that time Jerry was living in Maui in the Hawaii Territory and working for the Kahului Railroad Company there.

Jerry's race in the 1920 census was reported to be Octoroon (which means 1/8th Black), but elsewhere his race was reported to be White or Caucasian.  Dorothy Glos reported his middle name as Millan, and that he was buried in Oroville.
