Notes: George was a farmer — and also the Postmaster of the Jericho Post Office in Lambton County from 1 Dec 1905 until that Post Office closed on 30 Apr 1914.

George was a well known resident of Bosanquet Township. He was born in Bosanquet, and with the exception of two or three years in the West, resided in the township all his life. He passed away in his 86th year.

The funeral was held from his late residence, 8th Con., on Monday afternoon and interment was in Pinehill Cemetery. Rev. Norval Woods of Thedford conducted the services.
