Notes:  A barber in Forest, John lived at 71 King Street.  His barber shop was on the south side of the main street of Forest.  John owned the shop (click on photo below) that was perhaps named Culley's Barber Shop. He died suddenly in the night at the age of 45.  His wife found him lying on the bathroom floor.  John was buried in Beechwood Cemetery with two infant sons.
