Notes: *Name change: John's registered name at birth was Harold J. Fraser Hodgson; however, I found no evidence that Harold was every used. On 16 Mar 1956 the official and original Bosanquet Births registration record was corrected to read John Fraser Hodgson. Note that Fraser was his mother's maiden name.

According to Frank Wight (Source 980), John was a cripple with some form of palsy. He drove a specially made car and became an author. He apparently died in British Columbia, date unknown.
