Notes:  George was 25 and a soldier while Gertrude said she was 21 and a spinster on their marriage certificate.  However, her actual age was 17 years, seven months.

On 3 Jun 1925 George and Gertrude emigrated to the U.S. and entered at Seattle, Washington, from Victoria, Canada, on the vessel 22 Princess Kathleen.

In Sep 1934 George and Gertrude re-entered the U.S. at Metaline Falls, Washington, to return to their home in Alhambra, California.  At that time George's occupation was office manager.

Their marriage lasted for 40 years.
