Notes:  William and Myna first lived in Los Angeles, California, for a short time following 
                                  their marriage in 1904.  They later resided at Goldfield, Nevada, and in 1907 
                                  at Tonopah, Nevada, where their son Shreve was born.  The family was residing
                                  in Spokane, Washington, when their daughter Ethlyn and son William were born. 
                                  They lived in Spokane until 1916 when they moved to White Sulpher Springs, Montana,
                                  and bought a section of land there.
  
                                  William and Myna's children were born in 1907, 1909, and 1913, respectively. 
                                  Myna died at age 37 on 12 Oct 1918 at their home in White Sulpher Springs, leaving
                                  the orphaned children to mourn the loss of their mother. |
