Notes: In about 1823 Thomas most probably married Elizabeth, probably at Ashreigney Parish
or nearby — based upon their youngest daughter's Baptism records. However,
evidence of an actual marriage ceremony or Elizabeth's maiden name could not be found.
Their first child, Mary Hancock No. 1, died at age 1 year and 8 months, in April 1826,
per Source 1449. Thomas and Elizabeth then had
another daughter who they also named Mary and was baptised on 28 Jan 1827. |
