Source 1114 and Source 1086, which I considered to be more authoritive evidence, report that the father of Peter Franklin Butler was John Murphy Butler. Further, the latter source reports that the grandfather of Peter Franklin Butler was Peter Butler. The informant was obviously in error. | ||||
