| Notes: In the 1930 USA census, Frank and Sophie Hilton were living at 301 N. Stoneman Avenue,
Alhambra, California. Frank was manager of the city water works. In the
1940 USA census, they owned the house, valued at $2,000. Frank died
15 Jun 1948, and Sophie continued to live in the residence, at least through 1964.
Sophie's last residence was in Monrovia, and she died 28 Feb 1970 in San Diego.
Both are buried in the San Gabriel Cemetery, San Gabriel, California. |
