Notes: Christopher Detwiller was born 30 Oct 1863 in Fullarton Twp., Perth, Ontario. His parents were Alexander Detwiller and Elizabeth Parker. He grew up on the family farm, on Lot 31, Concession E. of Mitchell Rd., Fullarton Twp., Perth. He was the third of 13 children. He is found living with his family in the 1871 Canadian census. Unfortunately, he died 10 Aug 1876 at the age of 12¾. He is buried in the Avonbank Presbyterian Cemetery with his parents and a sister Bertha, who also died young.
