Notes:  Faith Fedelia Fielder was born 23 May 1912 in North Dakota.  Her parents were Marion Fielder and Eva Jane Madgelene Sammons.  Her father was a farmer, and she had four older brothers and sisters.  The family emmigrated to Saskatchewan, Canada following her birth.  In the 1916 Canada census of Saskatchewan, the family was living in Spalding, Twp. 38, Range 18, W2, Saskatchewan.  Her father was farming on his own account.  The children were Charlet, 10, Robert, 9, Hellen, 8, Marvin E., 6, Fait, 4, all born in the United States, and Wilma 5 months, born in Saskatchewan.  The family was identified as Christian. In the 1916 Canada census, Spalding, Saskatchewan, her father was still farming.  The children were Charlotte, 15, student, Robert, 14, student, Lorne, 13, Marion E., 11, Faith, 9, Wilma, 5, and Garnett, 2.  The family became naturalized citizens in 1916, and was identified as Bible Students. According to family, Faith married Allen Leader of Spalding on 4 Apr 1931.  The couple had three children, Howard, Allene and Alice.  Nothing more is known about the marriage. Faith married Nelson Astor (Bud) Strome of Greenside on 6 Oct 1967.  The couple had no children and resided on his family farm at Greenside.  They moved into Englefeld in 1964.  Faith is listed in the Canada Voters Lists in 1968, 1972 and 1974, in Englefeld. Faith's husband Bud died suddenly on 12 Aug 1987.  Faith passed away on 25 Mar 1999 in Watson, Saskatchewan.  Both are buried in the Englefeld Union Cemetery.
