Notes: William Michael Paintner and Lenore Helen Detwiller were married on 29 Jun 1938 in
St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Jesse, Griggs, North Dakota. In the 1940 U.S.
census, they were living in Ball Hills Twp., Griggs, North Dakota. William,
30, was a farmer, and had an eighth grade education. Lenore, 21, had had
four years of high school. Their daughter Barbara was 6 months old.
William and Lenore had four more children, all sons. William died 13 Aug 2007,
in the Villa Maria Nursing home, Fargo, Cass, North Dakota. Lenore died 30 May
2010. For Social Security purposes, their last residence was in Carrington,
Foster, North Dakota. Both are buried in the St. George Cemetery, Cooperstown,
Griggs, North Dakota. |
