      "Margie Kate Walker, 89, 344 North 15th [Pocatello, Idaho], died Tuesday morning, September 27, 1994, at a local health care center.
      She was born October 25, 1904, at Leamington, Utah, to William J. and Mary O. Finlinson.  She attended schools in Leamington, and the Millard Academy in Hinckley, Utah.
      She married Leslie G. Walker on June 5, 1924, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, and celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary this past June.
      Years ago she was employed by Cordon's Pie Company in Pocatello for many years, and worked for Finer Cleaners as a seamstress and presser for several years.  Mrs. Walker enjoyed all types of handicrafts, sewing and quilting.  She was known for her pig collection.
      She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she had served in various church positions.  She and her husband loved and enjoyed temple ordinance work.  She is survived by her husband of Pocatello; two daughters and their husbands, Kleis and Louis Ray (Pete) Richardson, Pittsburg, California, and Udene and Thomas Elsen, Pocatello; seven grandchildren, Lezlie Aller, Boise, Debra Armatage and Kathleen Kleis Morris, both of Pocatello, Ray Richardson, Rocklin, California, Neal Richardson, Pocatello, Nancy Rollins, Cairo, Egypt, and Rex Richardson, Sacramento, California; 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandsons; one brother, George Finlinson, Salt Lake City, and one sister, Norda Gardner, Clearfield, Utah.  She was preceeded in death besides her parents by two sisters and two brothers.
      Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 30, 1994, at 1 p.m. in the Caldwell Park LDS Ward Chapel, corner of Seventh Avenue and Lewis Street, Bishop Larry Fisher officiating.  The family will receive friends tonight from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Henderson Funeral Home, 431 North 15th, and at the church from noon until 12:45 p.m. on Friday.  Internment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.  Memorials in memory of Margie may be given to the Pocatello Senior Citizens' Center, in care of the Henderson Funeral Home, 431 N. 15th Ave., Pocatello, Idaho 83201."
