p. 37, col. 1. Miss Marguerite Irene Bitter and Gounod Romandy were married by Rev. E. J. Conaty at his residence in the presence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Bitter; Mrs. Emma R. Romandy mother of the bridegroom; Miss Christine Taplay, Dion Romandy and Dr. Arthur Bowman. After the ceremony a recepn was given at Christopher's banquet room which was decorated in ferns and pink and white carnations. The bride is a graduate of the State Normal School and attended U.S.C. The groom is the son of the late Dion Romandy who for years was identified with musical interests in this city. The younger Romandy is concert master at Grauman's Theater and his bride is a composer and pianist. After a wedding trip to San Francisco the couple will be at home at 1221 Colton street. | ||||
