Long Beach Girl Betrothed To Daniel Hancock Of Napa Betrothal news from Long Beach is the announcement of the engagement of Miss Diana Kingsbury of that city to Daniel Hancock, of Napa. The news was first announced by the parents of the bride, the Guy Kingsburys, at an open house at their home. The groom-elect is the son of Warren S. Hancock of San Lorenzo and Mrs. Viola C. Duhig of Napa, and is the brother of James and Patricia Duhig. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hancock of Napa and Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Williams, former Napans who now reside in Fort Brag, are his grandparents. He and Diana have set June 17 as the date for their wedding at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Barbara. They will make their home in the Long Beach area. The bride-to-be graduated from high school in Long Beach in 1958, and is completing her work for an associate of arts degree at Los Angeles City College this year. Dan, who graduated from Napa High School in 1957, is a senior at California Polytechnic College in San Luis Obispo, studying mathematics and electronic engineering. He will graduate in June from the college where he is President of the American Rocket Society and a member of Blue Key, national honor society.
