Notes: *Ray and his parents apparently used his father's Italian surname Garbode until 1900 or soon thereafter. Ray was called Remigi Garbode until his family switched to the Imboden surname in 1908 or earlier.

Ray's wife Marie was a sister of Pete Imboden's wife Katie Gaggero. In 1939 Ray worked at Sawyer Tanning Company in Napa. He and Marie lived at 440 Jefferson Street (next to Pete Imboden's 430 Jefferson residence) from before 1939 until after 1949. Ray and Marie remained married until Ray's death in 1985.
