Ruth Hancock Bride of William Imboden at Rites in Reno Today
HONEYMOONING at Lake Tahoe are Mr. and Mrs. William Imboden this afternoon after their surprise marriage in Reno this morning.  Mrs. Imboden is better known as the former Ruth Hancock.
The couple left by motor early today for Nevada's Gretna Green, where they were joined in matrimony at 11 o'clock in the parsonage of St. Teresa Church by Monsignor H. J. Wientjes.
The bride wore a fitted suit of lightweight rust wool, the finger-tip coat trimmed in buttons of self material.  With it she chose an egg-shell satin blouse and brown accessories.
The couple will spend several days in Nevada and at Tahoe before returning to their new home at 96 Franklin street in Napa.
Mrs. Imboden is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Hancock, and a graduate of the Napa Union High School with the class of '35.  Since graduation she has been employed with the Cameron and Company.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Imboden, and like his bride attended local schools.  For some time he has been employed with Frank Gaggero in the building supply business.  He is a member of the Young Men's Institute and the Moose.
