| Notes: In 1871, David Harvey and his wife Margaret were living in Logan Township, on Conc.
XIV, Lot 29, in Perth, Ontario. Their post office was Carmunnoc. They had
five children, namely William, age 11, Jane, age 7, Margaret, age 6, Robert, age 3,
and David, age 2 years. A sixth child, Robena Margaret died young.
The entire family was still farming there in 1881 and
1891, and in 1891, all of the children were still single. Margaret died between
about 1891. In 1891, Tomas Ellot, a laborer, was listed in the household.
By 1901, David was living with his daughter Jane's family. |
