Notes: Maurice Vernet Hinton (Vernet) and Irene Beatty were married 15 Oct 1935 in St. George, Washington, Utah.
In the 1940 U.S. census, Vernet, 37, and Irene, 25, were living in Hurricane, Washington, Utah. Vernet, 37,
was a saw mill operator. Their children were Maurice, 3, and Wesley, 2. Three more children were born
in their marriage.
Vernet died 21 Jan 1956 in the Salt Lake County Hospital, Salt Lake City, Utah. At the time of his
death he was listed as a custodian for a church and school. Irene married again to Walter
Allen on 10 Jun 1959, who died in 1978. Irene died 8 Mar 1994 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, and is
buried with Vernet in the Hurricane City Cemetery, Hurricane, Washington, Utah. |
