memorabilia, a portion of which reads as follows: "Of considerable interest in Ontario social circles will be news of the engagement and approaching marriage of Miss Betty Crane of Pomona to William Dean of Ontario, which was revealed during a dinner party at Camp Baldy in San Antonio canyon on a recent evening. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. R. G. Crane, 932 East Fourth street, Pomona. She was graduated from Pomona high school and attended Chaffey junior college, here. Mr. Dean is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Dean, 809 West D street, long-time residents of Ontario. He was graduated from Chaffey high school and also attended Chaffey junior college. The dinner party was held at the Sycamore cabin at Camp Baldy, where the bride-elect and her sister, Mrs. Gladys Farquhar are enjoying a vacation." | ||||
