Notes:  William Edgar Dean and Robina Noble were married 31 Jan 1901 in Ontario, San Bernardino, California, with H. Geo. Cooley presiding.  Witnesses were Mary Agnes Noble and Ralph Noble, Bena's sister and cousin.
809 William Edgar Dean, Robina Noble Dean The Deans had five children.  Paul was born 22 Nov 1901, Fred, 16 Sep 1903, Walter, 10 Oct 1905, and Marion, 2 Dec 1908.  In the 1910 U.S. census, the family was living at 809 West "D" Street, Ontario, seen at right.  Their youngest child William, was born 2 Sep 1911.

In the 1920 U.S. census, all five of the children are living at home.  Marion died in Jul 1927.  In the 1930 U.S. census, only Walter and William were still living at home.  Will's sister, Mary Dean, was living alone next door.

In the 1940 U.S. census, only Will and Bena are listed.  Their home was owned with a value of $2,500.  Will was listed as the caretaker for the citrus orchards.  In the 1950's, the house was still surrounded by orange groves, and there was a barn and a chicken house and pen.  A large pepper tree stood in front of the house by the street.

Will died 24 Sep 1950.  Bena died 13 Dec 1956.  Both are buried in the Bellevue Memorial Park, Ontario, California.
