HANS J. MILLER
      PERTH AMBOY, Feb. 14 - Hans J. Miller of 159 Kearny avenue, general manager of the Chesebrough Manufacturing Company here, died yesterday after suffering a heart attack.  He was 61.
      Mr. Miller was stricken while attending a dinner at the Bel Air Inn here for George Otlowski, administrative assistant to Mayor James J. Flynn Jr.
      Born in Perth Amboy, Mr. Miller was active in many civic and business organizations.  He was a past president of the Raritan Bay Scout Council and of the Rotary club.
      Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Helen Miller; two sons, Harold and J. Arthur, both of Perth Amboy; three brothers, Christian of Metuchen, Harold of West Lawn, Pa., and Peter of Alhambra, Calif.
      The funeral will be Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from the Mullen Funeral Home, 196 Market street, and the St. Mary's Church, where a Requiem Mass will be offered at 9 a.m.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Parlin.
