Newspapers.com.  Millard County Chronicle Progress (Delta, Utah) Thu. Apr 10, 1958, p. 1, col. 2. Mrs. Lucy Anderson Walker, 71, died at the family home in Oak City Sunday after a lingering ilness.
     She was born March 30, 1887, at Oak City, a daughter of Peter and Annie Lyman Anderson.  She was  married  to Leroy Walker, of Oak City, July 10, 1914, in the Manti Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Their home was made in Oak City some years, and they later resided in Clearfield.  They returned to Oak City several years ago.
     Mrs. Walker was an active church member and had served in various LDS auxiliaries.
      Survivors are her husband, at Oak City, two sons, Dr. Don S. Walker, Salt Lake City, Major J. LeRoy Walker, Washington D.C.; eight grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Eldon Anderson, Don Anderson, Ellis Anderson, George Anderson, Oak City; J. Lee Anderson, Lake Shore, Utah County; Eddie Anderson, Baldwin Park, California; J. Elmer Anderson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Peter Nielson, Mrs. Eddie Jacobson, Oak City;Mrs. Mark Bennett, Holden.
      Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Oak City Ward chapel.
      Burial was in the Oak City Cemetery, under direction of Walker Mortuary of Spanish Fork.
