Notes:  Lucy Anderson was born 30 Mar 1887 in Oak City, Millard, Utah.  She was the third of eight children of Peter Anderson and Annie Lyman.  She also had eight half-siblings by her father with his wife Martha Ann Lovell.

In the 1900 U.S. census, Lucy Anderson, 13, was living with her mother, Annie Anderson, 39, in Oak Creek, Millard Utah.  Her siblings were Caroline E., 15, Mason E., 10, Lois, 7, Don L., 5, and Francis E. 2.  Two of her siblings had died.

In the 1910 U.S. census, Lucy Anderson, 23, was living with her family in Oak Creek, Millard, Utah.  Lucy was a dress maker, working from home.  Her mother, Annie L., 49, now widowed, was a carpet weaver, also working from home.  The home was owned free of mortgage.  Her siblings at home were Eldon, M., 20, a farm laborer, Lois, 17, a cook, Don L., 15, and Francis E., 12, both farm laborers, and Ethelin, 8.

Lucy Anderson married LeRoy Walker on 10 Jul 1914 in the Manti LDS Temple, Manti, Sanpete, Utah.  They had both grown up in Oak Creek.  In the 1920 U.S. census,Lucy A. Walker, 32, and Leroy, 28, were living in Southerland, Millard, Utah.  Leroy was a farmer, and their home was rented.  Their children were Helen, 4, and Don DeVere, 2.

In the 1930 U.S. census, Lucy Walker, 43, and Leroy, 38, and were living in Huntington, Emery, Utah.  They were renting their home for $20., and had a radio set.  LeRoy was a cook, working in a high school.  Their children were Helen, 14, Don, 12, and Junior, 9.

In the 1940 U.S. census, Lucy Walker, 53, and LeRoy, 49, and were living at North 100 West, in St. George, Washington, Utah.  They owned their home, valued at $3,000.  Lucy had completed 1 year of high school.  LeRoy had completed four years of college, and was an Educational Advisor, for C.C.C., earning $1559.  Their son, Junior LeRoy, 19, had completed four years of high school, was a laborer for the Forest Service, and had earned $390.

On 27 Apr 1942, when Leroy registered for the "Old Mens" WWII Draft, their address was Clearfield R.D. #1, Clearfield, Davis, Utah.  He was working for the U. S. War Department at the Utah General Depot in Ogden, Weber, Utah.

In the 1950 U.S. census, Lucy Walker, 62, and Leroy, 58, and were living on East Campbell Heights, in Clearfield, Davis, Utah.  Leroy was teaching industrial arts in a high school.  He was also a coach.  Lucy was an active member of the LDS faith and served in various LDS auxiliaries.

Lucy Anderson Walker died at home on 6 Apr 1958 of breast cancer after a lingering illness.  At this time they were living back in Oak City.  Services were donductedon the Oak city Ward Chapel, and she was buried in the Oak City Cemetery, Oak City, Millard, Utah.
