Thomas and Mary Anne moved frequently, and their children were all born in different locations.  They most probably resided at the following locations during the years indicated:
  • 1867:  Twickenham, Middlesex, England
  • 1868:  Poole, Dorset, England
  • 1870:  Sturminster Marshall, Dorset, England
  • 1871:  Alcester, Dorset, England
  • 1872:  Ross'nhill, Devonshire, England
Their daughter Fannie was born on 30 Jun 1872 at Ross'nhill.  Their son Henry P. died in May 1873 at 6 years of age.  The Thomas Hancock family permanently left England from Bristol and arrived at the Port of New York, New York, on 9 May 1873.
