Notes:  In July 1906, Alice was 20 years old, the newlywed bride of Norman Catt, and was living in or near the village of Manitou, Manitoba, at the home of her aunt Alice Eleanor [Catt] Harman. Alice and Norman soon moved to North Battleford, Saskatchewan, and in October 1908 bought a homestead about 19 miles out of town.  The two post cards at the right were written by Alice about this time.  The first post card was sent to Rose [Stevenson] Catt and the second card was sent to Mysie Catt — both at the Jerico Post Office in Ontario, Canada. Alice bore nine children during the 12¾ years of her marriage. She died in 1919 in a mental hospital of acute exhaustive psychosis at age 30½.
