Notes: Charles was 26 and Alice was 23 when they married in Thedford. They
were first cousins to each other: Charles' mother was a sister of
Alice's father. The witnesses at their wedding were Jos., George, and Annie
Catt. Charles, Alice, and their children remained in Ontario until 1892 or
later. They then moved to Manitoba.
Charles' early death left Alice a young widow with two children
one month before their 16th wedding anniversary. |
