          "Lyle G. Stewart of Pleasant Grove Saturday reported to police that a hit-and-run driver smashed into his 1950 car and caused $150 worth of damage.
          The car was parked in front of the telephone office in Orem, while he went into the office, he said.
          Mr. Stewart said the hit-and-runner was described as 1949 or 1950 Ford with stickers instead of licenses."

  • "Robert Wagner Drowns in Lehi Pond Wednesday Afternoon"
          "Robert Wagner, 14, son of Mrs. Beverly Wagner of Pleasant Grove, was accidently drowned Wednesday afternoon in a mill pond in Lehi, according to reports received by the Review.
          Robert, a student in the 8th grade at the Pleasant Grove Junior High School, had evidently gone to the mill pond to swim with Donald Marshall, also of Pleasant Grove.  The Marshall boy reported the accident.
      Robert is a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Nile Smith, formerly of this city, now living in California."

  • "Funeral Held for Robert Wagner Last Saturday"
          "Funeral services for Robert Wagner, 14-year-old son of Mrs. Beverly Wagner were held Saturday, April 18 at 2 p.m. in the Second-Fourth Ward Chapel, under the direction of Glen Phillips, of the Fourth Ward Bishopric.  Mr. Phillips also spoke words of sympathy and solace.
          Young Mr. Wagner was drowned Wednesday afternoon, April 15, while he and a companion were swimming in the old Sugar factory pond near Lehi.

          Robert Fredrick Wagner was born in American Fork and a ninth grade student in Pleasant Grove Junior High School.  He was born February 19, 1960.
          Surviving are his mother, Pleasant Grove, his father, California; a brother Craig, and two sisters, Pamela Jo and Patricia, all of Pleasant Grove; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nile Smith, La Puenta, California, Mrs. Julia Chapman, Hawaii and great-grandmother, Mrs. Eva Gresham, Pleasant Grove."

          "Knowing what to do and then doing it, saved the life of a three-year-old Battle Creek Heights boy last Thursday.  He is Wayne Williamson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Williamson, 330 South 13th East Pleasant Grove.
