Notes: Frank worked as a carpenter, while Wilfred worked for Earl Wilson as a telegraph
operator. The Samuels family lived near by at 21 North
Street. (North Street was later renamed to Behren Street.) Only
Charles and Clifford were listed as children in the 1908
directory.
In the 1910 USA census, Frank T. Thomas, 37, and his wife Carrie M., 26, were
living at 124 North Street, Napa. Frank was listed as a carpenter, and they
were renting the house. Living in the household were Wilfred C., 17, an
electrician, Gertrude, 14, Clifford H. 4, and Arthur S., 1.
Frank and Carrie moved on to 1032 Third Street
by Christmas of 1911. |
