Notes: Joseph Richard Harsh, 24, and Barbara Ellen Noble, 20, were married 15 Oct 1942 at
Occidental College Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California. The ceremony was performed by the Rev.
Robert E. Fitch, a Congregational minister. Her father Chas. W. Noble
was witness.
At the time of their marriage, Richard was in the U.S. Army Air Corps doing phychological testing, and Barbara
was a bookkeeper with Security First National Bank. The couple had six children. Their family
residence was 5254 Dalhia Drive, Los Angeles, California, the childhood home of Richard.
Joseph died 2 Apr 1994, and Barbara died 25 Jul 2006, both in Los Angeles County. They are buried in
the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, California. |
